Comments: An autobiography that charts the life of a young guy from the east end of London, who, from delivering newspapers as a kid for £12 a week, studies at the LSE, and has a mind for mathematics, rapidly climbs to be one of the world's top traders, making his first million by the age of 23.

His “expertise” was trading world disasters and betting that the economy was broken and getting worse sighting economic inequality as the engine behind economic Armageddon.

By his late 20s, living in Japan and burnt out, his employer, Citibank, did all they could to prevent him from leaving and claiming his 2 million pound bonus, despite making over 12 billion for the bank during his fast paced, short career with them.

An excellent read full of bad language that will one day make a good film, I’m sure.
